These Terms & Conditions govern your use of omr.in and inquiries, quotations and purchases related to Mark Reader products and services.

Product, software and service engagements may also be covered by a separate quotation, purchase order or contract. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial document will apply to that engagement.
Mark Reader supplies OMR scanners, OMR software, sheet design, printing, scanning, evaluation and related assessment infrastructure.
You may browse the website for information about our products and services. You agree not to misuse the site.
Information submitted through Get Quote, Contact or WhatsApp is used to understand your requirement and respond. A website inquiry is not a confirmed order.
Prices, availability, delivery timelines and configurations shared in a quote are valid only for the period stated in that quote, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Mark Reader may supply hardware, software and services such as OMR scanning, sheet design, printing, evaluation and support. Descriptions on this website are general.
Orders are accepted only after written confirmation from Mark Reader. Payment terms, taxes, shipping, installation and warranty coverage will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a date is expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays caused by courier, customs, manufacturer supply or incomplete customer information are outside our reasonable control.
The omr.in website, logos, copy, layout and original graphics are owned by Mark Reader or used under license. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Software is licensed, not sold, except where a separate license agreement says otherwise. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute software except as permitted by that license or applicable law.
If you share examination, recruitment or operational information with us for a quote or project, we will treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver the requested work, unless you permit otherwise or law requires disclosure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Reader is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from website use or from products and services, except where liability cannot be excluded.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a signed contract states a different cap.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed contract specifies another venue.
